Maybe I should re-jig the price structure on the website

£4.50 gets you a normal sticker

If you want to upgrade to the 'more personalised' version which is :

This

Click the image to open in full size.

that comes from here

Click the image to open in full size.

then the price is £45.00 (just moved the decimal point )

Default Dull Design

I used to be an autographic artist - OK, a car striper! - for 15 years and I should advise you that the use of BLACK on windows is counter-productive as it just becomes invisible; especially at night! Orange, yellow, lime green, white and tomato red are much more visible. Let's face it, Scooby drivers are not usually subtle folk!

I also noticed that some of the designs incorporate Impretzsa outlines. Please remember that Scoobies come in other shapes and sizes. I drive an Outback and my wife a Forester, so please don't sideline us and many like us.

I hope this is taken in the positive manner in which it is offered and if you require any further professional input, please ask.

Thanks for the input. The final design has been chosen and it is a generic one i.e it does not have a specific outline of a car or any other details that may make it date etc. It is based on the original , just updated with the new logo and smilies.

This one

Based on your experience, is this one okay ??

Default image probs

Hiya,

Looking at it there is quite a bit of black. The circle and "NET" would not be noticeable, especially as the "GREY" areas are actually transparent; especially on tints and at night - when most Scoobies come out to play and cruise .

Just imagine writing with black marker on charcoal coloured paper and you'll get the idea! If you designed this on DTP software, have a look at it on a dark grey/black background, remembering to eliminate the grey area and you will see what will be seen by following drivers or other spectators. Sorry that you have printed them already, but your printer should have realised this once he/she had the specs.

Cheers.

If it's an external you will get the best possible effect. If it's internal it will hardly be seen.

Which is why we have done two kinds of stickers
One , external. for those people with tints
One , internal, for those without tints and who prefer internal stickers anyway

It also has white outlines around all the lettering so it should show up.

If you look at the original Scoobynet sticker that had black in it but with white outlines.

Can't say for certain that it would show up from inside a tinted window though. In any doubt order the external one.

SN -int stands for internal

It also says on the website that it is for INTERNAL use

WEBSITE & ORDERING

I have got quite a few emails and PM's from people asking me when these stickers are being dispatched and when they can expect their orders to be shipped. I think it is worthwhile and fair to explain where we are with these stickers as I fully expect there to be more enquires as time goes on.

All orders are PRE-ORDERS so we can build up the numbers to make it worthwhile for the suppliers and also to gain the discount we have.
Right now the supplier is making up a test for internal and external use. Once this is done then we shall start shipping in bulk. We need to make sure we are happy with the test first and then go from there. Apologies if this was not made clear at the outset, but I shall add something on the website to make it obvious.

Also the timing was not exactly brilliant what with the Holiday period and the fact that our first choice in supplier having certain commitments before Xmas which delayed their ability to start work on the test sticker.
Be assured though that I am trying everything to get this done and if it comes down to it, then we shall have to switch to plan B. BUt I would like to give the first choice supplier the chance to come through with the goods as they pretty solid and have shown a lot of personal interest in the project, being a fellow scooby owner

When I get some news, all the people who have pre-ordered or shown interest will be the first to know.
