Hi,
graphs as promised.
Boost and SFR showing power at the wheels.
The turbo inlet pipe is one we have made to our design, it is something I recommend as we have seen up to 15 BHP gains with these free flowing pipes.
As I said earlier, not bad for a turbo costing just £750.00 + vat, looks like our 2.1 stroker pack @ £1595.00 + vat and the Billet single scroll SC36 work well together, maybe time for a performance pack based on these two products.
We have tested the SC38 Billet "TWIN SCROLL", a new one to the range, results to follow.
Thanks for everyones interest in this thread,
Cheers

Hi,
as promised SC38 billet Twin scroll graph.
This car is on E 85, not a bad result for a low cost "TWIN SCROLL" at just £950.00 + vat, no need for an exchange exhaust housing as these come with a custom one, so you get to keep your old turbo.
cheers

it was tested somewhere in this thread I think.
So many pages I cannot remember.
I know the SC50 Billet did 520 BHP, could do with a test mule again.
Boost on the SC38 Billet "Twin scroll" was tamed due to the fact its still on a top mount.
Cheers

the SC50 Billet was tested on page 3 as stated, showing us 482 BHP, the car it was tested on was not ideal but with a meth mix gave us 520BHP if memory serves.
This is why we would like to test it again.
cheers

Kev, i strongly advise to collect all data at 1 point and make 1 (locked) topic that summs up all the several turbo's, configurations and data, etc.
It would benefit everybody including (hopefully) your sales !

I am about to correlate all the types and data, prices and cross references, post it and bring the thread to a close.
I just need the time to pull it all together.
Must admit though the Billet range are flying out of the door, cannot keep pace with demand at the moment.
Cheers

my 2.1 ltr with SC36 billet
The car in question is this..
you may have seen it parked around the clinic, it used to run the non billet 46, but after somebody asked on here what a 2.1 with a Sc36 + meth would do, The decision was made to try it...
and **** me its quick on the road, it spools and goes like stink!!!!
The car is running some tein suspension that has been on there since 1996 so its not the best, infact its worn out... but with the new power and torque that the little turbo produced, it does wheelies that is 100 per cent true btw
The car was mapped at 8.30 at night on sat, drove up to Elvington for the grudgment days.. once the car has it handling sorted it will be epic, on the road it already is...
In my opinion the turbo is the best for sprints and B roads, ive driven 100's of subarus and nothing has come close for spool, drivability & power delivery.
It's perfect for the every day man who wants a drive-able 400bhp
cheers JB

Hi,
yesterday was Time attack at Brands Hatch, as a bit of fun the organisers asked us to race a very powerful race bike, we accepted the challenge.
A triumph cup bike was wheeled out complete with its slicks and the race commenced.
We won.
We also won our class in Time attack and overall we were in faster than some pro cars.
A great weekend for the billet turbo's.
Pics to follow.
cheers

Kev Its Anthony Workman your doin my type 25 at the moment, I didnt realise i dropped my car up to you with out the bonnet arm so i gave some tein bonnet dampers to one of your guys at time attack, If you could fit these and add it to the bill that would be great! cheers!
