Hi guys,
some special update again. Been away for a while and in the meanwhile the following change in my life occured:
Probably offtopic, but it has something to do with the project though. As you might have read, for the past three months the car has been away to EMS who is responsible for engine build and placement with everything that has to do with it. Unfortunately, the progress was unsatisfyingespecially regarding my decision to go for exchange: it could happen that I will be unable to drive my own car anymore, thats why we decided to bring it back to JT and work on it with our whole team to get it running within 4 weeks at most.
The state she got back:
We had this event unscheduled, so there is little we could have done so far, since we also had a major automotive event "Fast Car Festival" this Sunday.
Anyways, things we've done so far:
Removement of dB-killer
The wing back on:
Detailing:
And this is how the car was present during Fast Car Festival:
Also, I would like to congratulate Twan, the driver of JT Carbon Evo 8 who finished second yesterday!
Expect the revivification of this topic once again. Things we have to do: wiring, piping, fittings, hoses, and all the other small things that cost lots of time

The rims are Rota Torque Bronze 18x9.5 ET 35 (I believe, otherwise browse to the point where I got them a few pages back to be sure )
Some extra pics:

Todays' update: piping.
Welding:
rolling a clamping edge:
Mounting!
And finally a question,
today I dismantled my dynamo for a refreshment, but unfortunately I cannot put them together anymore because there are "two thingies" that I have to push away before I can stick another part's axle inside. Question: how. Thanks in advance!

Think you mean the brushes. They run on a copper segmented cylinder which you describe as the axle.
You can remove the brushes, insert the axle the. Refit the brushes.
Hopefully someone will have pics!
Great work by the way.

The problem with brushes is solved by using some adhesive tape
Here are some updates on the project.
First of all, this:
A nice, detailed piece of art, but most important: its ceramic.
... which my headers till downpipe also soon will become.
Furthermore, a nice porntastic upgrade I've ordered today:
TSSFAB full package!
This is something I've wanted for a long time, but didn't purchase because I had a long way to go with my build and it wasn't smart to spill the budget on the unnecessary things. However, recently I realized that this is everything except for unnecessary regarding my current geometry specs.
Finally, this makes me realize that there is almost nothing OEM left, except for the gearbox internals, drive shaft, differentials, drive axles, oil sump and aero. Things got quite out of hand in a short amount of time, however, all those upgrades are useless if the car is still not running, which we're going to change soon, starting again with tomorrow!

Another update,
Intake headlight received, it will obviously get painted in the future.
& OBX Trailing Arms:
Vs. OEM:
Mounted:
Quite sad that I will have to sell these in +- month as soon as my TSSFAB subframes will get here. Oh by the way, we've decided to move the engine backwards with those frames which will require a custom drive shaft which will be manufactured in carbon fiber...
Too bad there will be so much **** underneath the car and so little people can see it once its mounted.
We will also try to replace the diffs once we're busy with the underside.

Updates:
Installed Oil Cooler:
Installed transparent hoses, not all of them connected, thats why they look so messy (need to install catch tank etc):
Refurbished alternator:
Vs. Oud:
It's about time we get some hi-res pics again... enough will be made this weekend, since we have another automotive festival coming where we will install the ceramic coated exhaust.

The manifold, turbo and downpipe came back from the coater today and will be installed this weekend during Automaxx Summer Edition automotive event. Here is a small teaser, the rest will be shown after the weekend:
The car will go back to EMS next Thursday for ECU install, some other minor modifications and the first start up....

Some updates:
The car was present at Automaxx Summer Edition automotive event last weekend when it got its ceramic coated exhaust installed.
I don't have any better pics yet, but its ceramic-black coated, which is very yummy
Apparently, I also got my first sponsor money...
Furthermore, Jeroen did some engine-dressing with nice hand-made catch tanks, the transparent hoses look very good imho:
Some further finishes...
Tomorrow, JT will add last finishes to the car after which he will bring the car back to EMS for ECU install and first fire-up... It shouldn't take long anymore...

Last update from JT.
Oil cooler installed (you can also see the ceramic coater headers):
I'm sure there are lots of other things that has been done in the meanwhile, but there was no time to capture them on photo because it was more important to finish the car as much as possible...
The last photoupdate I received from JT was: "she is ready to go..." just before the midnight
And she will go tomorrow. I hope I'll be able to pick her up driving next time.
Also, I would like to say another big Thank You to Jeroen and his team who have worked their asses off the whole week till late nights, while I'm away for holiday and the most beautiful female rally driver and playmate is cooking for me.
I'll be flying back to NL on Sunday, and I hope that the next picture you'll be seeing of me will be the one where I'm driving the beast.

Its a matter of days now until the car will run, some final adjustments are being made by EMS atm.
Last piece of the loom is being adjusted/created to run with 4 ignition coils:
Made some spacers for ID 2000's:
And last but not least, soldering and connecting the rest of the electrics:
Can't wait!

And one video says more than a thousand images...
Translation of the conversation in the beginning:
Mark, EMS: Jeroen, what is the volume of this tank?
Jeroen, JT: 45-50l
M: And this is enough for how long? 2 laps?
J: Well, I can drive with it for two sessions long each 20 min.
M: Yes, YOU can, but your car has no power (RX-7 with 510 hp), so it needs less fuel.
