If need be the list can be used and people crossed off as they arrive.

People will need their list entry numbers then, in order to enter. They cant expect us to search through 500+ entries and meaningless names.

They will also need to ensure that their entry is still there.

We have done our best to correct the endless stupid mistakes that people have made, and reinstate those entries deleted by others inattention, but Im sure that some peoples submissions will have been missed

I've had a pm regarding the Facebook pages is back up again and people are organising coming without putting their name on list, I would like to know who is doing this as they are helping Connors day to turn stupid. We need control on number.
So again if your not on this snet list then I'm afraid your not invited, it's invite only.
And can everyone who sees anything like this on Facebook please correct them as they are just helping to spoil Connors day!
And may have to start stopping the numbers!!

Good idea get it printed from page 1 on other thread (hard copy) and if your not on list you may have to be turned away.

If you would like to have some pictures/information/notes to Connor with your name on the list on the official Connor's Day Website (www.connorsday.com) then email me at webmaster@interlifedesigns.net with Connor's Day 2012 in the subject, as well as your number on the list, or just your name on the list.

Also, if you cannot make it, but want to show your support by sending Connor a pic/vid/note then send me an email with it as well. Remember to not mention Connor's condition.

Think this is going to have to happen now, and 1 person will be responsible to this as nemerous copy's will need updating all the time.

And yes as jamo said people need to remember their number on the list so it's quicker on entry.
