Hi, I'm hoping a mod or admin can help if possible.
I've put a fellow member on my ignore list but tracking back to a thread where both of us have commented for instance just shows that they have posted but I can't see it, fair enough.
But is there a feature on here where by you can't even see that notification that they have posted, i.e. like a total block?
Also, is there a feature on the PM's where by you can block said member from contacting you that way?
Many thanks,
Andy

Sorry I'm not that familiar with them as I haven't used them that much.
If not you could restrict PM's to your friends list, so it'll reject PMs from random folk as well as those you don't want to hear from.
As for hiding notifications of that person posting, unfortunately thats the way it is as current. I don't know if it could be modified on here without causing everything to go belly up, but I have seen it on other versions of vBulletin, so I'll ask.

Seems abit odd! Then opening a new thread asking about it? Why not PM one of the admin instead?
Can't you just not read his/her posts?
How old are you?
I have PSL on ignore, can't see a thing that he posts ... nice function imho. Why would you want more than that? That's the beauty of it, can't see his post thus can't reply.

Not at all, as others replying to a point would render you with a useless topic that would make absolutely no sense at all unless you know what they are replying to. Its simply not a perfect system, and doesnt really need to be as 99.99% of members can choose to just ignore people without any electronic intervention.
