Shouldn't be encouraged.

We should get free access to the one the government is paying for, no support, just access to the work we're paying for.

Went through Gatwick airport recently and noticed that the security screening department use XP Embedded (not sure of the EoL on that particular release though).

Also at London Bridge station the timing wall boards were down on Tuesday showing WinXP (not Embedded). OK probably not a critical system for safety as such.

Thought it was poor to let punters see the bog standard MS screensaver. At least they could put a corporate logo'd one on there and mask the fact they are using XP (and their app has crashed).
