Default Trying to find a TV for months...

40" LCD is too small at 7m viewing distance so want to go bigger. Projection distance on suitable bit of flat ceiling is too small to get much bigger screen than a big TV, and much viewing is not on the dark.

Firstly I got a 55" Furrion LED from Ebuyer which had no sound so it went back but they had no more stock and the blacks were a bit grey, it was only £400.

Then I ordered a 70" Sharp LED following satisfactory reviews but the order could not be fulfilled due to no stock availability.

Sound doesn't matter as I always use speakers. Size is important, would like 60-70". Blacks matter a little but brightness is more important as it will mostly be used for casual viewing from a distance in a large bright room. I don't watch sport apart from Wimbledon, so motion doesn't matter that much, occasionally like an action film but I appreciate screen size most of all.

Having said all that, I was looking for deal/availability on Samsung plasma PS60E6500 but will not consider the newer cheaper F5500 as the reviews describe and show a reflective screen that looks a nightmare.

Finlux 65" still doesn't have any reviews. Panasonic plasma are ace for pq but don't scratch my vfm requirements.

So, budget £1-2k, vfm, bright room, 60-70", not bothered by 3d or smart as I have an old laptop with HDMI and USB sound card with optical out running Win 7/XBMC on network with iOS remote and remote mouse/kbd which does all I want, but I do want 3 or 4 HDMI inputs. What do I buy? What is the best value LED in this range?

Thanks, looking for 60"+, and the 60" plasma linked although good value and suitable in all other respects is the one I mentioned that looks like a mirror.

There is the UE60F6300, but I could only find a review the UN60F6300, wondered if this was the US equivalent, but some of the specs don't match up.
