iphone 3rd party apps

How do you get the 3rd party apps working on the iphone I have downloaded the nes and GBA emulators for it but they don't have any roms. They state a folder to copy the roms into but you can't create a folder or I can't create a folder on my iphone to put the roms in ???

No need now as I have managed to do it via cute ftp

I jailbreak'd the phone with ziphone and the 3rd party apps are on the installer that comes with it

I was after the games more than anything, but there is as much out for the iphone as what there is for windows mobile 6 on my HTC
