Default Asus 150l

Has anyone put either windos XP or vista on one of these? I have bought my daughter one for her birthday but I think It would be better with windows on instead of the linux operating system it comes with. I don't want it to blue screen or cause it to crash loads so if anyone has done it with just a cd install how isthe machine now working ???

Do you mean an Acer Aspire One A150L? If so, yes, lots of us have

I've tried XP, Win7 and am currently running Vista with no issues whatsoever. Done installations via USB stick and also USB DVD drive (my 360 HD-DVD drive).
