Default office network using sage

Hi to all could anybody please give me a step by step approch to setting up an office network using sage so all computers can access accounts and update them Thank You

There could be an lot of steps involved.

What do you have (equipment wise) already?

Bizarre 1st post, but hi.

Your going to need a multi user install of sage - if you've not got the licenses for it, you won't be able to do so.

It's pretty straight forward really. Open up a network share on the master PC (where Sage resides). Set a map to a drive on client machines (or can do through UNC). Run the sage netsetup on the client machines and you are done!

If using more than 3 users & you have a fairly big Database (on a standard machine) performance will be shocking when doing sorts.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP I WILL TRY IT I HAVE GO SAGE WITH A LICENSES BUT IM NOT SURE IF IT IS MULTI USER THANKS AGAIN
