Default you don't currently have permission to access this folder

I know there is program that gives you options when you right click to change the permissions of the folders..

Whats it call please?

What kind of options do you want? I assume you're talking standard Windows folders permissions.

No, there is program you can download for free that adds an option in right click, something like take ownership of..

I've reinstalled and its being a tit..

Not heard of it. I just right-click->Properties->Security->Advanced->Owner

if its XP/vista you need to turn off "simple file sharing" to enable permissions
