Default Paint to hide hairline cracks.

Just stripped wallpaper off two walls. The plaster underneath isn't bad, a few gouges and knocks, now filled, and a couple of wider cracks at the ceiling level, also filled.

But the whole wall is covered with hairline cracks, which I just don't have the patience to fill and sand.

IS there a paint that will cover them?

TIA

hair line cracks you can wall paper over with blown vinyl paper, or stuff like Wall Rock lining paper.
the you can paint over the paper

Several of the leading brands of paint do a 'flexible' paint to cover hairline cracks.

Though if there is still slight movement, it would prob be better to cover with 1000 grade lining paper, then paint, all the movement will then go unseen.
