Picked up my Scooby yesterday. Test drive was fine. Got it home and it sometimes jumps out of second? mainly when i change down for a corner or while cornering.

Any ideas?

Scoobys normal don't jump out of gears from what i have heard...
Could be clutch or worse second gear coges knackered

What's the oil level like?

Might need topping up or renewing.

Its had a recent clutch and it feels fine on the bite.

i'll get the gearbox oil level checked.
