Classic gearboxes & rear diffs

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the DCCD was only available on type r/RA models in classics or were some of the normal wrx turbo cars fitted with it as well?

And are all DCCD diffs in classics the R180 type?? Were there any R160 diffs on a DCCD car.

And finally, Can a gearbox from a non DCCD classic STI work in DCCD classic STI?

I'm not to sure about your first 2 questions but as long as you match up the final diff ratio you will have no problems. but you'll loose the DCCD. have you thought about going to a 6 speed?
