hope i got all the details right
To anyone who hasn't been before we meet up at Lakeside services, then have a slow steady cruise down to Pease Pottage services where we meet up with the Sussex Scooby Crew.
They then lead us across Devils Dyke and into Brighton where we park up and then stroll along the pier and have a great family day out.
This really is a great day out. Lots of things to do for the little 'uns and not so little...... wander off and look at "the lanes" if you want. We normally head back about 4-5pm'ish after having a slap-up fish and chip meal in the resteraunt on the pier.
It's worth coming for the ride over devils dyke by itself
Leaving Lakeside at 10 am, should then meet the Sussex Crew at Pease Pottage about 11am. Head off the A23 and through the back roads so we come up Devils Dyke.
We then head into town where we shall just wander up and down the pier, kids can play on the beach or the amusements, grab a bite to eat and head home about 4-5pm

Here's one I did earlier.
A snapshot of ESC history recorded for posterity.
Approach to Dartford tolls 3.25
Leaving Pease Pottage services 6.25
Parked along the front 19.30
Whatever 20.45
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMAcUFpSfSw
Weird to see some of the early ESC cars. In June 2003 I had only had the Stealth Wagon for about 3 months so still pretty much OE before the modding started.

Pink shirts please and walkie-talkies on channel 1.
