mine is on a classic
i ordered x2 68inch pipes and one was just right and the other is abour 2 inch to long but feed it through the hole on the pass side of the subfame and up the pass side but the pipes can sit low by the subframe but we have a full sump gaurd fitted.
best thing i have done to be honest.
if you need pic's pm me you email i will get some pic's tomz as we are spanner checking it to race on sunday.

soory i didn;t read it in full
keep the mondel thing but it would be easier to fit if you remove your headers i fitted mine with the engine out but could see how they could get in the way and the nut to tighth it up can be tight to get onto

I've fitted a mishimoto one to my blob. Very well made, great fit and all hoses you need included. Only thing is it isn't on a stat but getting oil up to temperature hasn't been an issue for me
