Default Can I blank these pipes off

Long story short I am starting a little DIY project and I just want to know what all of the pipes go to from the turbo inlet hose, and if I can blank them off... I know one of them goes to the recirc valve and I currently have that blanked off... its just the others.

Excellent! Thanks Jura. So do I need to blank off both ends I.E the pipe on the intake and also the pipe that was on it or do I just let them breathe to atmosphere?
