oilf filer housing/ boss leak

Ive got a bad oil leak coming from where the oil filter housing/boss meets the engine.

Is it a rubber seal back there? Any ideas where I can get a new one?

Import carparts normally have everything, on ebay email mark if you can't find it on his selling page
