I was going to try methanol, but i think it's gonna be too much hastle for me.

So...I'm thinking of using some OB from now on and want to get it sorted before the next map (2 weeks)

I've read NF is the best and Millers is less hastle. So you have to measure out the NF, whereas the Millers you empty the whole bottle?

Old threads reckon RCMS is the best supplier, but are there any deals going on at the minute? or cheaper suppliers? group buys?

Do i need to run a few tanks through before the remap?

NF better and cheaper as you typically use between 60ml to a tank and up to a whole bottle if hot track day etc - circa £10-13 a bottle of NF race - so each bottle'll do at least 6 tankfuls so a lot cheaper than Millers.

RCMS = national distributor

I used to measure it out in the little jugs that they give you, but you soon get a feel for it so now i just lob a slug in (also it rots the jugs :eek )and you have to store them in your car - and it's noxious stuff.

Don't need several tanks prior to remap , just make sure that the tank is pretty much empty, whack in the OB and then fill with petrol - mind you V Power is pretty good stuff these days. I still put in OB but only as extra safety myself, but mine is only a mildly modded P1 with BRD Tek 3 remap.

Cheers!

Been catching up on the some old threads you've contributed to, on this matter.

Trying to run a group buy on these now, to get the price down.
If anyone is interested?
