If i`m not using my car often, i`ve got a trickler from Halfords, just keeps the charge inside the battery, really good investment IMO...

ebay sell cigar lighter solar powered battery chargers so you can plug that in and it will keep your car charged , as my last car if it was left for 1 week the battery would be dead

think the problem with some cars is they have a tracker which kills the battery

mine has but still lasts over 2 weeks with out a problem, when my old battery was on its way out its started to only last 1 week the under 3 days

Tracker seems to make the battery charge drop quite badly.
