is their such thing as a twin downpipe and if so whats the diferences to a normal downpipe?

rather than having a completely open neck downpipe, the wastegate part has its own separate pipe, that then feeds into the downpipe.
Not sure of the difference, I have it on my magnex dp.

thanks coz der is a lad wid a scooby n he sez hes got a nur spec r cat back and a twin downpipe and its loud as f*** lol. would a magnex downpipe fit a nur spec cat back ?
