I have an RB5 MY99.
I have fitted a newage WRX tmic which required a classic 'Y' [i/c] pipe.
The newage Y pipe is a slightly different fitting and won't fit.
Just try your original one with the new tmic to clarify what fits.
You will also need the newage dumpvalve hose as the classic one won't fit either. I got mine for £5.00 from a Subaru breakers.
PM me if your struggling.
