As Harvey says, oil temp time depends on ambient temps.
What I have noticed is that my oil temp gauge only starts to move (from the bottom 50c) once the water temp gauge hits normal (about 1-2 miles). It then takes anything from another 3-5 miles to hit 80c, with a normal driving temp of ~90c.
This is the oe Modein (sp?) water-oil cooler/warmer doing it's job (to a point as a cooler IMHO..

).
I run Motul 300v 10w 40 btw, which is also a major factor in oil temp times. Thicker oil= longer warm up..!
So basically it depends on a number of factors, but at least 5 mins and maybe more like 10+ in colder winter months.
