sounds like the ecu is'nt turning on, has the alarm immobilised and isolated the ecu and fuel circuits?

I have just removed my immobiliser and tracker, its a track car anyway. But its still the same. Got battery and oil light ok and it turns over but thats all. Is there any way to hot wire the ecu to bypass all possible cut outs?
