Default uprate my99 oil pump?

im thinking of uprating my oil pump and getting a cosworth baffle plate for my99 turbo 2000.
next year i will be using it for track days and just want to make sure its going to be running safe.

my current spec is

td05 16g
sti8 tmic
walbro
440s
fuel lab regulator
apexi air filter
samco intake pipe
3"bell mouth down pipe
full 3"hks exhaust
hks dv
19 row mocal oil cooler
ecuteck remap by jgm
341 bhp

just want stop any possable engine problems.

Good idea if your going on the track with it mate,give Harvey a pm as he is very reasonable on prices for uprated pumps

In terms of flow, there is no need. The baffle plate is a step in the right direction, but not essential on your set up.

The flow has nothing to do with the reason i did mine,its the design of the plunger that is the fault in the original.

you can not go wronge with a new pump .the cosworth baffle is a must . so do pump and baffle

ok. what sort of pumps are people using, ive seen rcm ones but there are about 6 or 7 to chose from. what should i be looking for?

Send you current pump to Harvey and he will uprate that one for alot less than buying complete unit of the likes of RCM mate.

Go for the 12mm cosworth high pressure one from anywhere you please, enginetuner,rcm,lateral, these are really good pumps....
