just noticed a noise last couple of days that sounds kind of like a loose belt kind of a squeaky intermittent noise, tends to happen at low speed and idle but doesn't always happen. Any ideas anyone? Not had the car long or a scoob before so don't know if it's a normal noise I shouldn't worry about? It's about the same level volume wise as the engine at tickover. Car only has 23k on it and standard so hoping it's

Thanks will do, I'm no mechanic what should it be like? failing that it should be under warranty still, it's 3 year old I'm march. Just been through MOT no advisories and serviced 1500 miles ago by Subaru so not too worried. Are they 3 years manufacturers warranty?

Booked in to get looked at Monday under warranty. Just made a worrying diagnostic though, the noise stops when you press the clutch even when driving not just standing still, second you go near the clutch pedal silence, could be worrying!
