Damn, I think I've modified this code so that the refcounting is "correct" for the existing code, but it's a big hidden trap for anyone that calls certain methods without adding and releasing references on their own. It's a bitch to do it all "properly" and adds significant risks now (ie will need waaaaaaay more QA) vs traps for the future.

Nice. Hey, I should have told you to ask them to machine it down to the minimum spec. Cheap trick to get a "lightened" flywheel.

Nice to hear things working out for you - I don't have much luck solving my boost creep. One guy from NY says he doesn't have any problem at all with his AVO kit creeping... yeah, nice to know it works for somebody but why it doesn't work for me? I'm sure NY has cooler air than we do

It's internal, and somebody suggest that I check if there is a boost leak to the actuator

I got a speeding ticket on Pacific Blvd. Driving my beater!! $196 reduced to $138 cuz I admitted I was speeding and pulled over even before the guy could step onto the street. haha. He was impressed alright!

That's the first ticket in that car in our 17 years of ownership.

$138 must be the minimum fine for speeding these days. 0-20 over the limit is $125 + victim levy = $138? 21-40 over the limit is $196. 41+ = $$$ ($345 6ish years ago?)

Yeah they jacked it again - and supposingly that's only if you admit guilt and pay up within 30 days. Otherwise it's even more for a 0-20 infraction

Nah, the admiting guilt and paying up within 30 days gets you discount on top of the fine. I know because I had a $198 or whatever fine and paid within 30 days so it was reduced to $173 or something. It says right on the back of the ticket.
