Question suspicious item on ebay

just browsing for somebody and came across this
eBay.co.uk: Telegan SPRINT Gas analyser, leak detector, printer (item 220065204787 end time 02-Jan-07 19:17:18 GMT)

everything looks genuine, then i spotted he was going on holiday straight after the auction...
scroll down and look at the red writing

probably genuine but you cant be sure these days

i spose if it was dodgy he wouldnt say he was going away

Now i don't know what you do for a living but we use bigger versions of these for testing nitrous oxide and carbon monoxide emissions on the power station i work on.

lol, i am not a gas fitter i was looking for a friend of mine. cant believe how expensive the new kit is

i would have thought he would have waited till after his holiday to sell the item unless he needs the cash for the holiday, but the funds wont have cleared in time

it takes days to transfer the funds into your account into ebay, same as clearing a check i think
