Some git has used my shaver to shave what looks like their pubic hair and didn't bother cleaning it out

Apart from it being clogged up and screwed....did I give permission? NO!

(yes, I'm still at home, and yes, I've only just decided that I need a shave )

I always clean it out after I use it. Come today switch it on and it sounded lethargic, so I took off the cover and found that.
