Question

Anybody had any problems with radio interference coming from somewhere in the ignition circuit? The radio 'ticks' at engine speed - I guess its spark generated and its radiated, 'cos it doesn't affect the cassette deck (yes I know its old fashioned, but its a new radio - Blaupunkt). The old radio did it as well. The car is a MY96. I suspect the HT generator on one of the plug caps - do they have a habit of going?
