I don't know where your changer is sited, but if in the boot, is it not something flying around in there hitting the changer?

I don't know the error codes so could be way off the mark, but the biggest problem I have had with my boot mounted changer is screwing everything else down so that it doesn't get hit by a flying umbrella, etc.

It happened going round a corner hard while the changer was changing disc - A sub sits quite loose beside it so probably did cos it. I,m going to try and take the casing off and free it myself.
Wish me luck!

Thumbs up

That's probably it. I have a bass tube sited in the boot and it is not sdtrapped down. Often the chamnger gets a dunt and jumps, but if you hit it with a sub a bit harder I can imagine it jamming the mechanism if the disk jumped loose inside while changing.

Good luck with it, and hope that you laser is not now out of alignment. If the disks are changing that will be the next most likely scenario.
