Have followed the FAQ to the letter but still can't remove shelf - problem is with the rear window side panels. Have unpopped the front poppers both sides but is still no room to remove the shelf?? - is the idea to bend the shelf in the middle SO MUCH that both sides pull in to the middle or to just pull it toward you?? Car is RB5 so 99.

You need to take the side panels off completely to get the rear shelf out. They clip all the way up to the centre post of the car. You may need to run a sharp knife under the shelf to release the shelf from the glue holding the rear window in.

Good Luck
