I drove the new 6.0 Diablo about a month ago and it was fitted with a Sat Nav system.

I was very impressed and have been thinking about getting one.

Recommendations?

What sort of price range are you thinking of?

If you're after something that can also use the screens for video then I'd agree with Alpine - and I'm pretty sure this is what is in the Diablo.

If you just want a pure Nav system then the VDO ones with the small screen are pretty good - and a lot cheaper than an Alpine setup with screen!

The other thing is where to put the screen. You can get some that motorise out from the headunit, but its a bit low in the scoob to be totally comfortable viewing. The demo VDO P1 has a screen built into the top of the dash - very nicely placed but a bit of a 'nick me' statement for the scumbags. Again, it all comes down to how much you want to spend.

You just wanted to show off about driving the Diablo really, didn't you!

You can put the VDO unit in the cubby hole on top of the dash, fits very neatly and the lid shuts to hide it as well. Just use a mobile phone bracket to allow the screen to swivel upright when you want to use it and back down flat when you want it out of sight.
