Default Kenwood DDX5022 - Mp3 issue & dvd question

Guys,

I've got a Kenwood DDX5022.

First question which I apologise in advance if its a stupid question.

If you play a DVD, how do you get past or process through the DVD's menu.
i.e. pick the DVD play option?

Second question.
I have a load of MP3's on a USB memory stick.
1 particular MP3 won't play - makes weird noises (sometimes like small high pitched noises)
I've looked at the properties of it compared to other MP3 only difference is that this on is MPEG Audio Layer-3 320Kbps
Others are still MPEG Audio Layer-3 but with less Kbps

Thanks,
Shaun
