same here, a friend recommended them, I gave them a call and they came out the cheapest.............;)

Ive been with A-plan about 5 years now and the Mrs for 2 or 3, can't fault them on price, we have both been unfortunate enough to make a claim and had no worries there either

Not as good as good old Gary at KM though, he got a cheaper quote and with mods added, a-plan's renewal didn't incude them and was still more expensive.

I was very disappointed with A-Plan's renewal quotes for my Impreza and my old Clio. The clio renewal was comical, they'd more than doubled the premium.!! That was for a 15 year old, £700 diesel clio with no changes whatsoever in my circumstances. :nono: I shan't go into details, but they back-pedalled and said they'd knock around £100 off their silly quote. Damage done, business elsewhere for me thank you.

They also quoted me £7-800 to insure my newly purchased mint '97 BMW 523i Auto :cuckoo:
Suffice to say I got it covered for less than £300 with KM. :notworthy

I also saved well over £200 on my Impreza by switching to Gary at Keith Michaels, with a better level of cover too. :thumb:

A-Plan seem very naughty at renewal time in my book. :nono:

My A-Plan quote was 50 quid cheaper this year than last year, same car and spec.

I tried A-plan and was on the blower for around 20 minutes today but they couldn't get anywhere near the current cheapest quote I've got :wonder:

Daniel at A-Plan, top bloke, sorted my insurance out so it was the same cost as last year. Two years running with A-Plan, first time for ages I've had any type of insurance renewed with the same company as it generally pays to switch. Zero inflation now that makes me happy.

Yea Aplan sorted Both my cars out as well. Good custormer services from them every time you call.

A-plan rule

I bartered £240 off my renewal with the today,renewal quote was £615(up a lot from last year)got it down to £395,spoke to one hell of a sexy sounding fillie on the blower :D must be my killer charm(or maybe i forgot to remove the "sex pest muffler" :wonder:

:wonder: This is what gets me. Why don't they offer you cover at £395 in the first place...? I understand they need to chance their arm, but £240 off..?! :eek:
