Hello!!!
I have noticed a few post starting to appear again commenting how hard it is to get hold of me, so i thought i'd post this for info.
Pm's - I don't mind getting pm's at all, and will answer them whenever i can. Just please be aware that i normally get between 10-20 pm's per day, and it is not always possible to get back to everyone, although i do try!!!
Calls - It would appear that i am not always getting messages that people are leaving for me. I understand how frustrating this can be, and i apologise. Without saying too much i think i know what/who the problem is, and i am looking to get this sorted. Once again if you do leave a message and i don't reply please don't think i can't be bothered, it is more than likely i haven't been given it.
E-mails - We have similar problems to other companies who people have been complaining about....spam. I am currently getting approx 200 e-mails per day at them moment, and it isn't always easy to spot the genuine requests from the spam.
Again i apologise, but there aren't enough hours in the day to sort through them all.
On the plus side if you want any cheap Viagra, Russain brides, or an extra 2-4 inches down below i now have hundreds of links to places that can help lol.
Internet Quotes - Quite simply i don't do them, so if you request a quote via the Keith Michaels website it won't be me who looks at it.
Please also be aware that if you have recieved a letter from us reference paperwork we're waiting for, or you need to make a payment, please ask to speak to our admin department, as thats what they're employed to do. Again you can speak to me if you prefer, but it could take a while to get through.
Once again i do apologise to those who haven't been able to get through to me, but please remember i am only human!!!
Whereas 'the other company' ;) have 10+ people doing Subarus quotes (at a guess) i am only 1 person, so do tend to be a bit rushed.
We actually had 1 person from Scoobynet complain last week that i shouldn't have had a 10 minute lunch break. :rolleyes:
I hope the above is a help, and i will certainly do whatever i can to help, wether it be for a new quote, adjustment to current policy, renewal, or just a query.
