My WRX has this rear headrests that fold down so that the rear seat can be folded forward. I need to remove the headrest on one side.

Anyone know how I can remove it? There are no buttons I can see to release. I don't want to have to pull the seat to bits!

There should be a button you press down underneath the headrest ! , then it Just pulls out !

There's no button of any kind under or around the headrest! I have the fold down type, so I wonder if they're not designed to be removed...?

I had a uk classic wagon and they did come off mate ! Maybe look on the Internet
