i need info on dash bulbs for a 02 wrx

could anyone give me information on the size of the dashboard bulbs

1/ the dash cluster seems to have two sizes and one of the sizes has the green caps on them
2/ also the bulbs in the heater controls

and where could i get some blue ones from ,either the bulbs or caps

and does anyone know what i could do to change the colour of the needles they are yellow now ,would like them red
