Again i am not saying goods were damaged prior to posting as i do not know this, BUT when they did arrive the seller was rude and basically said it is my problem - ended up getting a partial refund and paid over £100 to get the exhaust welded, so in theory have paid £165 for an exhaust that is not going to be resellable - a little upsetting to be honest - did ask for FULL refund and was not given this choice.
As a seller myself, if an item arrives faulty i help the customer deal with this, i found the seller here was not really interested and declined refunding me in full which should of been the only option to be honest.
