has anyone any idea how to obtain the correct bulb holder so that I can fit a near side REAR fog light into the cluster without buying a whole new lamp?. I think the car would look so much better with Two rear fog lights!.

Yes I've thought about this too, not just looking better, but being safer, there is no perspective with a single light source in fog. the addition of the second fog light allows the following driver to make an assesment of distance and speed differential
