My neighbour works at military camps and looks after the properties if there a window broken/lock broke he would arrange for the work to be done with tradesman etc, and when the service people leave the property he would have to do the walk around/inspection to make sure everything was left the same as when they moved in!!!

Have done some work for him on some of the houses there a few years ago + its only about 10-15mins from where I live!!!

Oh and the paintballing place next to where you live is good!!! Been there a few times, last time i went someone shot my impreza with a paintball Had a big paint splatter up the back of my car!!
