The Bomber gets Volks! *** Warning CE28N content ***
Well after 9 years my cars worn gold wheels of some sort.
It's was time for a change so I took quite a big punt on these. Always anxious of the murdered out black on black look. But I must say, so far I quite like it.
So far I think it makes the car look pretty brutal even when stationary. Also swapped to small stone guards rather than full mudflaps for a less rally look.
I need to get these Goodyears off and my own tyres on, and tempted to change the colour.
What do we think?
RAYS Volk Racing CE28N 18x8, ET44 ltd edition diamond black.
Sorry for the quick phone pics, I'll get out and take some good ones soon as I can.

I would leave the colour as is but if you do decide to change make sure you get your moneys worth out of this colour first IMO.
Does look pretty intimidating though.

Everybody has an opinion and is entitled to express it, whether their opinion has any merit on the other hand is another matter.

I'll get the Michelins on and see how they sit and go from there.
I must admit I was convinced I was going to change the colour when I purchased them... Now I'm not so sure.
I kinda like its new aggy look.

I tend to agree bud, gold is the only "colour" so to speak that you can get away with on an impreza.
I'm not convinced with my silver turini's but at £325 all in spanking new I guess I will live with it for a while..... Lol
I quite like the idea of a flat grey, I'm considering prepping mine in grey primer, flatting the paint off and buffing them up a bit or maybe a coat of clear.

Sorry mate, nice wheels but I absolutly loved the black/gold look you had before, but can also fully appreciate the need for a change after so long, am in the same boat, had my speedlines for ages now and keep getting tempted to change but cannot find a wheel I like more.
How about these in gold and some small spacers to push them out a little further?

this combo of black blue might be worth a look, bit of colour with out looking to out there.

I like the wheels, but think a change of colour could be nicer. Also, they are the 1st ever set of mud guards I'm not offended by.
Nice car mate
