Looking good! I have to say that it looks better with the Prodrive Lights on - gives it a more aggressive look as you say - but then, I'm biased - having the same lights on mine!

Have you changed the bonnet scoop also?

Palmo, the whole bonnet on the "before" shot has changed as I sold it. That includes the STi7 scoop and the air splitter which all went with that fibre glass bonnet. STi8 scoop ordered

Cliff,

If you do get rid of the fog covers for mesh ones, i'd be very intersted in buying them off you.

Go on you know you want to

Would be an easy trade as you could just send them in the internal post to the Bracknell office

Paul, if I change the fog covers i`ll let you know first I kinda doubt it though, I do like these ones. I really need to do a photoshop of the mesh type ones to be certain.

Cliff

Cliff,
I have the mesh ones on my bugeye which is very similar to the front end of yours now that you've changed the lights!! (Looks spot on now too!! )

Have a look at http://www.btinternet.com/~nickadams...6/DSC01966.JPG and http://www.btinternet.com/~nickadams...6/DSC01967.JPG

It's worth pm'ing "Capita" on here if you're after a set as I got these covers for £90 delivered from him (Brand new replicas)

I previously had original STi mesh covers (Around £180 when I bought them) but they got a little tired so I replaced them with these and you really cannot tell the two sets apart!!

Good luck

Nick

Does the STI8 (i.e. blobeye STI) scoop fit as a straight swap on the bugeyes ?

A bit of extra cooling never did any harm - and they look a bit more meaty too

No Mark, you need an STi8 "style" scoop to fit a bugeye. Normally there`s a few on ebay.

Aha - Cheers Matey - I'll take a look.

The rubber skirt on mine has been cut at the sides by the previous owner ( ) in order to fit (incorrectly) a strutbrace (it was fitted OVER the I/C, rather than behind) so I'll be replacing this too - thought I'd check if I would be replacing the whole lot in one go, but it seems not, so I'll get onto it !

Thanks again,

Mark

How did you get the WRX logo on your intercooler? Spray paint?
