Cool The Slingshot

Started out life as a 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS when I bought her brand new in August of 2000. I can probably safely say this was THE first Hybrid build in the SouthEast and after 4+ years she is still going strong. If you want to know more about the buildup, visit my site at imprezahybrid.net

She has rewarded me three straight years 1st class EMod finishes at the Southeast Region Subaru Challenge, and she has been featured in SubieSport and in The Monkey's Trunk!

Currently, she is sitting pretty at 340whp / 360wtq
I'll put up the modlist and some pics of her. I'll add more later.

Awesome cars guys, keep em coming.

Supprised at the weird attitude of the NASIOC. theyre always ranting on about how nice the UK cars are, why wont they come and post on our forum too?

No silly government? Are you joking?

You can find a planned community like that outside every city in the states. I wouldn't live in a cookie cutter if you paid me! There probably isn't a tree or a hill for 500 miles.

modding is leagues ahead in the US imo, nice weather, big garages and an abundance of tuning shops, like minded mechanics and modders and shows has a big influence on the sate of tune - especially scoobies.

But nothing like working on your car in freezing cold weather

I think this is a great idea, so I joined just so you can see my slow, accommodating impreza RS.

i've since taken off the body kit, they are replica parts that don't fit well anyway. I can update them next time I take more pictures.

like now.

OK so i am a member over here as well. Most know me on every other board in existence as RS22b. Im quite literally all over the place.

Anyways, I have been buying and selling subies since 2001. Bought my first one 2 weeks before the wrx hit dealers here and dont regret it one bit. I am a true GC lover! At this point i believe i am on my 26th Subaru since 2001 owning 9 right now.

i will try and get some pics up of what i have now. I dont think i have pics of them all.
