You can find a planned community like that outside every city in the states. I wouldn't live in a cookie cutter if you paid me! There probably isn't a tree or a hill for 500 miles.

haha we dont exactly live in a cookie cutter neighborhood every house is custom built not some random pick a floor plan thing.
and i live in iowa. 90% of the developed land was once some sort of corn/bean field lol. there isnt any hills for 500miles in the midwest its just part of the land!

modding is leagues ahead in the US imo, nice weather, big garages and an abundance of tuning shops, like minded mechanics and modders and shows has a big influence on the sate of tune - especially scoobies.

But nothing like working on your car in freezing cold weather
