hello [2011 WRX STI Type Uk]
Hi Chaps
New here, thought I'd say hello.
I have a 2011 WRX STI Type UK. Never had a subaru before but I've had a bunch of quick cars in the past. I'm interested in learning some more about the car and will probably have a few dumb newbie questions I'll post soon enough.
If any of you are regulars on Pistonheads you've probably seen the car already:

Anyway - hello.
Rob.

Thanks chaps.
The colour is "dark grey" metallic, looks almost black in low light and really suits the car i think.
I like my cars to be understated hence the subtle colour and lack of any spoiler.
And yes, I am a lucky *******!

ETA: Click on each car to see the intoduction, then click the "blog" tab to see the er, blog!
It was a writing competition, who had the best entry in their "my garage" section of the PH site. I wrote some stuff about my Octavia Vrs, plus I already had some stuff about some of the more interesting cars i'd had in the past. Judged by independent panel and representatives from Subaru UK..
Still can't quite believe they gave me a free car..

you won the car!!! well done,
I first saw a hatch back in early December 2010.
I'm now three weeks into owning a 330s Hatch... because I like the 'new' cars so much more over the 'old' design.
happy driving.. be careful out there.

Welcome and congrats on winning (I too entered that draw but they must have thought having 2 subaru's already was about as many as anyone wants )
The car you have has all the improvements from the Japanese Versions (well in the handling department anyway, shame its not the 2ltr twin scroll engine, thats a real peach ) and as long as you have your shell card for all that vpower you should be ok
just that your wallet wont
