Default '56 Black Wagon

Picked this up today, extremely pleased.

'56 plate WRX with 48k.

After having 2 Imprezas with 100k, and then a Saab with 138k this feels like a new car & drives like one

Cheers Paul, she's a cracker

Going to keep this one a good old while methinks

Looks tidy, could do with a wee drop over those wheels though

Know what you are saying, yes it could do with a wee drop but I can't. Part of the reason I swapped cars today is due to moving house, and I couldn't get on the new drive with my lowered Saab Aero.

It's pretty steep so I have to leave the ride height as it is

All been done mate

Full Milltek, Ecutek, panel filter @ Powerstation when it had only done 14k.

285bhp/342lbft

Wouldn't say its a monster but its quick enough, and feels great to drive.

Cheers everyone, I love it.

If I heard the previous owner correctly the wheels are GB270 ones with RB320 centre caps (due to size?), I'd imagine they aren't cheap. I think they look ace

First pic I've taken myself, bit too bright from the sun though - after the first wash I've given the new girl. First car I've had where there aren't a million stonechips on the bonnet:

Yes probably bio! Maybe not though I do bugger all miles. I'm lucky in that I only work 2.5 miles away

I also use my other toy, which I've just been out on as I haven't been using it since I picked the Stealth Wagon up. Bit cold though today!!

Cheers fellas. Only had it a couple of weeks now and it ticks all the boxes for me

Stealthy, less corsa boy-racers trying to race me, reasonably quiet (but not that quiet...) and I got away with buying another as it's a 'practical/sensible' estate

Oh and bio, yes bike is sensible too with it's higher bars for a more comfy position but with 126bhp & 189kgs it's no slouch

**** just worked out power/weights:

Car - 196bhp/ton
Bike - 666bhp/ton

Bikes are pretty quick really.

Nice!

A bit of ride height is always good when the lowered Corsa behind obliterates its bodykit on a speed bump

Could I ask what tyre size you're running there? 225 40 18?
