I was @ FS yesterday. The non-PVR digital box is like $500 with $200 programming credits. YIKES! Waaaay too much. If it were like $200, then I'd seriously consider grapping it, but not yet. There's only a few HDTV channels right now. The sales dude I spoke with says that sometime next year, they'll be charging for HD service. That's SHAW for ya.

I'll just wait for some special HD promotion and grap that one. I have a friend who works @ Shaw and he'll give me the lo-down on it.

Damn, I'm really lusting this poster for my room now. I'm missing a couple of large posters as the center piece. I figured these 2 should do the trick pretty well

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...103723714&rd=1
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...103700648&rd=1

Or this...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

So what's it gonna be? The Audi and the Porsche, or the Audi and the BMW? Will the Audi and BMW combination cause bad feng shui in my room? (uh oh, there's already a M5 poster...). What if I find a Champion S4 poster to go with the PTG M3?

Ok, I can't find a Champion S4 poster, but this?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

Oh boy, this is gonna get expensive...

I thought you've always had it at 22mm? What about the other guy (Rick I think)?

We used to race with it at 19mm. Rick... I'm not sure what he had. I think my mistake that time was I tried to drive the scoob through the sweeper like a miata. This time I did the full course and was concious of the fact that it wouldn't turn in the sweeper. I looped it about 5 cones into a slalom which isn't too surprising.

Darren, I just MSN'd Jared and he hasn't heard back. I also asked him what kind of hookup I could get for a buddy and he said none. He's not even sure he can get me a deal.
I don't really know how much more I would gain with a bigger bar, because with the 13mm, I'm already going way too fast in the high speed corners - for the low speeds one, I don't think the bigger bar will show too much of a difference, and besides, I haven't been in AutoX so what gives a damn about going fast in the low speeds?

Well, the sway bar isn't going to help if you're just going too fast. Nothing will...

Bruno, you're set to destroy the feng shui in my room aren't you? My problem is that I really like the R8 one (because it's a Le Mans celebration one), and I like the GT3, but the PTG and the RS6 ones are racing posters, and there's not a single poster of cars sitting around in my room (they're stored somewhere), so it'll go great with the theme. Choices, choices...

And I haven't even gotten around to a McLaren/Kimi poster yet. Yikes.

Hey, it's not like I suggested a Saleen Mustang poster or something. Besides, the natural habitat of a race car is next to other race cars from other manufacturers.

Damn, Rogers sucks. I just had to call them up because they were charging me for detailed billing which is free with online billing which I'm on. So much got screwed up when I changed plans. My first bill or two on the new plan didn't have detailed billing, then it magically reappeared but then they started charging me for it.

I remember when I got rid of my text messaging plan they turned it off completely so I couldn't even do the pay per use text messaging. Also, they've upped the charge for call display to $5/month.

Basically it seems like you can't change the services on your account without them messing something up.

LOL, yeah.

I would've preferred the S4 vs. M3, but the RS6 seems to be the only one they have posters for. It would've been cool if I have a S4/M3/RS6/M5 combo. Oh well...

I also want a 911 GT3 Cup poster, but I can't seem to find it.

Oh, btw, this poster kinda reminded me of the timing table at the first UBC school when we all had our helmets on there...

Wu Tang - it'll be sac-religious if you put up a NASCAR poster up with those lovely cars. Or worse yet, put up an NHRA car, plus posters of drifters AND a dirt-track racer.

It'll all come to equilibrium if you put up a poster of the General Lee and KITT however.

I sometimes watch episodes from the Dukes DVD at my co-workers place. He's in his 30s.

FutureShop are a bunch of tools... Picture this:

I walk in with a gift card with a balance of $2.71 and a reciept for a 5 pack of Memorex DVD+RWs that I paid $14.99 for which are now on sale for $9.99.

I walked out with another pack of Memorex DVD+RWs, a new reciept, the old reciept with the price adjusted to $9.99 and a gift card with $2.73 on it and no, I didn't pay anything.

How did it happen? The guy who is refunding me the $5.73 for the price protection back onto my gift card mumbles something about it complaining about a duplicate transaction to the guy next to him, so he tries it again and this time it goes through. At this point I get back a reciept that shows I returned the 5-pack for $14.99 and got a new one for $9.99, which is fine. Then I look at the bottom and it says my gift card balance is now $14.17. All along I'd been planning to buy another pack of DVD+RWs so I go grab a pack and head to the checkout and put them on my gift card which brings it down to $2.73.

Darren, are the T1S's stiff enough to hold up a coffee table all by itself? You might wanna ask Bruno to leave you 2 235/13's so you can more evenly distribute the weight, plus it'll be a tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiny bit higher.

I would imagine that Paul's old 255/17's will work quite well
