Unhappy I don't feel so good

Well, after enjoying working from home, I now feel like crap. Keep going cold (heating is on and wearing a thick jumper) and getting surges of adrenaline. What the hell is that all about?

Its probally lack of movement, sitting watching telly and play on the 'net. Why not take a walk somewhere..... like the pub?!

perhaps you've got the bug that makes you hurl your stomach contents out of both ends for several days.

Probably circulatory problems, just get up every half hour and have a wander round the house and a few stretches.

I think we have a winner, the baby had that last week

Taking full advantage of wireless by working in front of the TV (Juliet Bravo is on). The garden is not a nice place to be right now, reminds me of how much work needs doing on it

Too much ****? I recognise all the words in the sentence, yet it makes no sense to me...

i never ever get sick, its very rare that i will ever catch anything, lots of people round this way have had this "bug" including my staff

i do believe i have a strong immune system, and i also believe i had this "bug"

2 weeks back i was fine, went into work fine, within an hour or so i came over with a bad gut, started getting worse, staff came in and told me i would have "the sickness" "the one that's on the news"at one point i could feel my body trying to decide which end it was going to come out from

went to the toilet and made sure it was all clean (might have had to put my gob down there) spent the day with a bad cramp while i soldiered on at work, stomach bubbling away, had a few sketchy craps and thought i was going to be sick 3/4 times and that was it, within another 5/6 hours it was gone and i was eating a cheese roll with turkey ham slice inside.

last time i got sick was about 12 years ago when i got food poisoning

i have to add that in most "******" it tend to wipe them out so they cant come into work and need to rest

reminds me of the time a G/F rang me and told me she was half dieing, did not actualy sound like her voice TBF, anyway i popped over that night to see a tray full of every single cough/flue medicine ever next to the bed, snotty bog rolls in a massive pile by the bin etc etc

"dont come near me"
"you will catch it" "its the worst one ever" etc etc

umm humm, yessss umm humm, the next day i got a runny nose

Likewise, shove about 8 pills and potions in me every dinner time and I literally never get ill. I do get the illness but like you, where it cripples people for days I may have a sore throat at work for a day but that's about it. Hardcore all the way.

Sign of healthy living.

Off to the greengrocers for lunch now, not greggs or benjys like the rest of you ill lot
