There's loads of new threads about them exploring Longbridge (after the initial one last year) and the tunnels underneath it that no-one knew existed until they found them

The whole place still looks like the workers downed tools and walked out yesterday.

Examples - Longbridge - Report -26/11/06 - UK Urban Exploration Forums

Rover Flight Shed / South Works (17/11/06) REPORT - UK Urban Exploration Forums

Rover Flight Shed, 16/11/06 - Report - UK Urban Exploration Forums

Rover Longbridge, Boiler Room, Tunnels, More Stuff !! - 19/11/06 - REPORT - UK Urban Exploration Forums

Another good one is the old Pyestock NGTE site at Farnborough, amazing pics of that.

National Gas Turbine Establishment, Pyestock - REPORT - 06/01/07 - UK Urban Exploration Forums

NGTE Pyestock - 12/1/07 - REPORT - UK Urban Exploration Forums

Oh, and the Millenium dome too....on top of it and up the pylons

Millennium Dome, 17/01/07 - REPORT - UK Urban Exploration Forums

Loads of cool pics accross the whole site

Some of the old mental homes look scary as hell! Padded cells, autopsy rooms, forced submersion baths etc

Been loitering around on that site for ages and think its brilliant! Always fancied a look around some of these places, just don't know if I'd be a fast enough runner if I was to come accross any security guards!

I love this stuff too. There's a good book called Access All Areas on the subject.

"Take only photos, leave only footprints"

I like that sentiment. Shame some of the places that they look around have already been ruined by vandals.

been round quite a few of the really good places from these sites, Severals was the scariest; second time we went we found loads of footprints that were not there when we arrived and just sort of disappeared...the whole of the feel of the place plays on your mind when you are wandering around, especially when it is an old asylum of similar. Good fun though
