Angry Ebay scumbag

On the 9th of November I was searching for some Wii's on ebay ... pressing the newly listed button Three come for sale @ £180+£30 postage 110191167492 , so i thought right i'll have one thiniking the guy would be making his money on the postage and all looked fine ,

Anyhow a few days passed and it didnt turn up , so i contacted the seller and didnt get a reply ..... right time for a paypal dispute , As you know these things take time ,

after checking again I see that the guy has been kicked off ebay,

Thought I would drop him/her a email saying I will be reporting him to the police if he doesn't refund my money and I got a reply....

"Look mate, I don't even live in the Uk so go ahead."

[b]So I replied , Look I have your details so please refund my money"

"""" details removed """""""""

And she replied ...

"in your dreams"

Now can anyone help me out? What is the best thing to do??

Chris

If you can find a computer savvy person you can find out lots about a person with relevant ebay and paypal info.(not saying your not computer savvy). If you can break things down to a basic level, info is right there!

Nice motor by the way!!

Keep the email and go via paypal, showing them it.

Best of luck - paypal are poor at helping out ripped off people. They are merely facilitators of cash transactions. They've facilitated your transaction, taken the fee so (IMO) now don't care so much.

Go to your credit card company and say you've been conned.

They will do a chargeback that leaves paypal in the red and liable to get the cash back from the seller.

i remembered i got scammed by a guy (well alot of people did) last xmas, for a psp, and he won't pay me back, less cocky though, so i got some underground help....... to hack his email and get his password for me, (i think it cost me £50) and even though i couldn't get the info i wanted,i found a few interesting things, the uni he's studying, his friend's plan to start an import business on car parts, and his photo also his profile on adultfriendfinder. i threatened him with the police as i know what uni he went to. and he basically shat himself and refunded me directly to my bank account, i also got a payment from paypal. so i made a profit lol..

By everyone else, I mean.

Go via your card issuer with a chargeback. Only takes a few days and your cash is back.
